The founder of Lafferty, Pat has extensive experience in design, project management and construction in Ireland and the UK mostly in retail, commercial, education, healthcare and leisure sectors.
Through decades of focused work in retail design and master planning, Pat’s particular expertise is in understanding the complexities of retail design, specifically how to tailor large mixed-use projects to the needs of the client, tenant and customer, thus ensuring success and sustainability into the future. This was most evident when Pat managed the strategy, construction and fit-out of the multi-award winning Dundrum Town Centre.

Jim is Managing Director of Lafferty Architects.
Jim is chartered Architect with extensive experience in Ireland and the UK, having spent much of the 90s practicing as a design and project architect in London, working on a range of office, healthcare and residential projects.
In addition to his strong sectoral knowledge in commercial, retail, leisure, residential, hotel and healthcare design, Jim’s particular expertise is delivering innovative and efficient solutions that achieve maximum income or capital return on existing assets or new developments. He combines a sound knowledge of Planning and Regulatory issues with a thorough understanding of commercial, stakeholder and end-user requirements.

Oliver is an Associate Director at Lafferty.
Oliver is an award-winning designer and has completed a significant number of projects across a wide range of building types and scales. Oliver’s work demonstrates a proven ability to understand and interpret complex briefs and to deliver innovative and cost-effective design solutions in the Office, Retail, Leisure, Residential and Commercial Sectors. With Significant master planning experience, Oliver is passionate about considered Urban Regeneration, which is evident in his design approach, a strong Design Team Leader he brings a collaborative and delivery focused discipline to clients projects.

Michael Hinshelwood MRIAI
Michael is an Associate Director of Lafferty and a registered Architect with extensive design and construction experience in Ireland. Michael has been with Lafferty since its inception in 1997 and has a track record in shopping centre architecture as well as comprehensive experience in healthcare, residential and mixed-use developments. An expert in commercial office delivery, Michael has completed projects for Siemens, DZ Bank, SEB, Ancestry.com, ESB and the HSE.

Ronan is currently an Associate Director at Lafferty having gained a varied experience in Architectural practices in Ireland & Australia.
Ronan has a strong technical background and substantial experience of all stages of projects from inception through to completion in the commercial, residential, retail, health & industrial fields. Ronan is also a key member in the ongoing implementation and development of BIM within Lafferty.

Daire is an Associate Director and an Award winning Architect at Lafferty. An innovative and creative design Architect who in 2017 won the prestigious Architectural Association of Ireland Award. Daire has strong development experience in residential, public sector and commercial projects.
Since joining Lafferty, Daire has been applying his talent and experience to many of Lafferty’s large scale Office, Retail, Commercial and Residential projects throughout Dublin.

Ralph is an Associate Director for Lafferty Architects.
Ralph is an award winning Design Architect with extensive experience in Masterplanning, project implementation and site operations.
Before Joining Lafferty, Ralph established KameleonLab, an innovative boutique architectural practice known for its design quality, commitment and for an approach based on careful analysis, completing award winning projects throughout Europe and the Middle-East.
Since joining Lafferty, Ralph has been able to contribute his advanced design experience to many of Lafferty’s large scale Office, Retail, Commercial and Residential projects.

Suzanne is an expert interface for tenant marketing and legal requirements, having worked on a number of large town center and shopping Center developments.

Mike has extensive experience in the architecture and construction sector with many years of large project experience in the Middle East and Ireland. Mike consistently delivers projects in the Office, Retail, Fit-Out, commercial and Leisure sectors to completion, and is renowned for his total commitment to the project, ensuring clients objectives are met.
Mike is an integral part of Lafferty’s Building Information Modelling approach and brings experience and technical knowledge to the project team.

Having worked at Lafferty since its inception, Jacqueline has developed a high level of experience in Architectural Surveying, Fire Safety, land registration and legal mapping, for small and large scale projects in the Retail, Fit-out, Office, Healthcare and Industrial sectors.

Jack is a Chartered Architect at Lafferty.
Jack has worked on a wide spectrum of commercial projects since joining Lafferty in the Office, Residential, Retail, Master planning, Mixed-use and Leisure sectors.
Jack specialises in architectural design, urban design and graphical presentation, with a particular interest in how architecture can both interact with and enhance public realm.
A considered and innovative designer, Jack has developed strong project coordination and implementation skills through a number of successfully completed projects.

Jelena is a Project Architect at Lafferty.
Prior to joining Lafferty, Jelena built up an impressive portfolio of work on several commercial and retail fit outs, as well as residential projects in her native Croatia.
Jelena is experienced in working through all phases, from conceptual design, planning permission application and construction documentation. She also brings with her a passion and flair for interiors.

Oisín has particular expertise in advanced building technology and detail design. Since joining Lafferty Oisín has gained valuable experience in working on projects through detail design stage in office fit-out and retail projects. During his time in Scotland Oisín worked in the project team on the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh, gaining experience in Acute Healthcare and coordinated team involvement.

Mary is Marketing & Bids Manager with experience in both the Construction and Pharmaceutical industry.
Having previously held the position of Office Manager, Mary has a great understanding of the inner workings of Lafferty. In her role as Marketing and Bids Manager, Mary is responsible for Marketing, Branding, Business Development and Tenders for the business.
Brenda is the Lafferty Accounts Manager.
Brenda has vast experience in accounts, many of which she has spent with Lafferty overseeing all aspects of the Accounts Department. Brenda is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and the preparation of yearly accounts.
Jennifer is an IT Administrator at Lafferty. Jennifer has experience in Financial Services System Support within Windows/Unix infrastructure. Jennifer’s specialities include Systems Administration, Query Resolution and Disaster Recovery.
Gayle is Marketing & Bids Manager with experience in printing, graphic design & marketing.
Having started her career in PR & Marketing and subsequently run her own digital printing business, Gayle has a broad range of skills. In her role as Marketing and Bids Manager, Gayle is responsible for Marketing, Branding, Business Development and Tenders for the business.
Stefanie is the front of house receptionist for Lafferty and is the first point of contact with our clients.
Stefanie is in charge of meeting and greeting clients, arranging refreshments, and co-ordinating all front-desk activities for the staff. She also offers administrative support across the organisation to the Lafferty Directors, Project Management Team and Architects Team.

John is a joint Managing Director of Lafferty with experience in the Property and Construction sectors.
He has played a significant role in the delivery of landmark projects including Dundrum Town Centre and the Bord Gais Energy Theatre. John brings a particular expertise in managing key project interfaces and relationships, ensuring good communication and collaboration across the project team, focused on delivery of best value for money, quality and commercial success based on agreed client objectives.
John has an industry reputation in the selection, appointment and management of large project teams and he has particular skills in establishing effective project structure and project execution plans.

Colin is a Director of Lafferty with design, project management and construction experience. He has worked on major projects in Europe, the UK and Ireland during his professional career.
Colin has vast experience over a long period in commercial, health, education, retail and leisure sectors. He has specific experience in urban regeneration projects, a number of which have incorporated protected structures. His experience also includes projects procured under EU directives and prestigious fit-out contracts.
Colin has particular strengths in the role of Client Representative, in establishing business goals and objectives and developing strategies for the delivery of construction and related projects. He also can provide skills in the selection of an appropriate project team, establishing the Client brief, interfacing with Landlord and Tenant legal advisors and co-ordination of design and construction activities to project completion.

Rory is a Director of Lafferty Project Managers with project management, construction management, engineering and quantity surveying experience.
Rory has experience working on major projects ranging in value from €50m upwards to €500m on retail, commercial, leisure, residential office fit-out and pharmaceutical developments.
Rory brings a particular expertise in planning, project controls and design programme management ensuring information flow to meet on-site construction programme requirements. Rory also brings a particular expertise in overall co-ordination of end-user requirements with the core project to ensure value for money, quality and commercial success for our clients and ultimate end-users.

Richard is an Associate Director of Lafferty Project Managers. Richard has substantial experience in both office fit-out and shell and core projects. With a Mechanical Engineering background Richard has also carried out the role of MEP/Facilities Project Manager on large scale projects such as Grand Canal Theatre and Commercial Offices Development and Dublin Central.
Richard has particular skills in building services, utilities and telecoms, and together with a wide ranging project management experience, can add value to a project at all stages.

Karl Coughlan is an Associate Director of Lafferty Project Managers and is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with twenty years’ experience in New Zealand, Ireland and Australia.
He has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams through inception, design, planning procurement and implementation phases for both private and public sector clients. Some of his recent projects are residential & retail orientated however previously have been seconded into commercial client organisations to manage projects within the housing, aviation, manufacturing and health sectors.
Karl has a proven ability to successfully deliver challenging projects within live operating environments and on fast track construction projects.

Garret is an Associate Director with experience in the construction industry in both Ireland and the UK.
Garret has many years as a Project Manager with top tier main contractors on notable projects such as The Shelbourne Hotel, Dundrum Town Centre, Swords Pavilions and IBM Mulhuddart. Garret has spent the last number of years as a client/developer Project Manager managing projects such as the Lidl Head Office and various other commercial developments in both Ireland and the UK.
Garret has delivered a number of high profile developments within time and budget constraints using his expertise to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
Chris is an Associate Director with extensive client project management experience in both public and private sectors in the construction industry throughout Ireland, UK and Europe. Clients have included multinational blue-chip companies, Local Government Authorities through to new builds and retro-fits for private clients. Recent major projects have included the North West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen, Northern Ireland and Mersey Gateway Bridge, Runcorn, England. Both Award winning PPP/PFI projects

Donal completed the client side Project Management role on the retro-fit of Base Isolation & Earthquake repair to the Christchurch Art Gallery in New Zealand – a globally award nominated Design & Build project.

Shane is an Associate Director of Lafferty Project Managers specialising in retail and mixed use developments and retail fit-out. Shane has extensive experience in his role as he was the lead fit-out Project Manager for the Dundrum Town Centre and The Square Shopping Centre, Tallaght.
Shane is responsible for the daily operation of projects under his supervision including management and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and the project team to ensure successful completion that is within budget and adheres to time constraints.
Shane focuses on best practice execution of large projects and programs. He forms highly professional and collaborative relationships with his clients, and has also created systems and procedures stream lining the programme management retail process.

Louise is a Senior Project Manager at Lafferty with over 20 years’ experience at strategic and operational levels in the property, construction and health sectors.
Louise has played a significant role from concept, financial and technical feasibility, design and planning to construction and delivery of projects in Dublin and London across a range of sectors including commercial, office fit out, retail, residential, healthcare and mixed use schemes. She has worked on a number of high profile commercial developments including Canary Wharf and More London in the UK and on schemes ranging in value from €10 million to over €70 million. Louise, with an engineering background has worked as a consultant, contractor, developer and client and this experience gives insight and understanding of each perspective. Louise has an organised, structured and collaborative approach to projects.
Louise has recently completed a number of significant project in Dublin for clients including ESB, Fidelity Investments and Marketo.
Justyna is a Senior Project Management Administrator with administration experience in the Construction Industry.
Justyna provides extensive support to the Lafferty Directors and to the Project Management Team. This includes the preparation of Lafferty presentations and proposal documentation, organisation of external consultant fee schedules and cash flows for payment, preparation and tracking project administration and documentation.
Tom is a Project Manager with construction and property management experience. Most recently, he spent eight years in client side project management, managing projects for a diverse portfolio including Educational, Healthcare and Residential properties.
Tom has a proven track record in the successful delivery of varied projects, including refurbishments and building fitout projects for both commercial and residential properties.

Barry is a Senior Project Manager with experience working for property funds, private developers and project management consultancies in Ireland, the UK and Australasia. With an Architectural background, Barry has a keen eye for design and has a real passion for high end residential development.
He has experience across multiple sectors including: Mixed use developments, Hotel development and Refurbishment, medium to high density Residential developments and subdivisions, Commercial and Retail sectors and has successfully delivered numerous large scale projects in excess of €250m.

Jamie is an experienced Project Manager with client project management experience in the construction industry both in Ireland and abroad. He has experience in Retail Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Services, Project Programming and Controls, Specification Development, Procedure Development, Auditing and International Projects. He has recently been involved as Project Manager for a partially completed mixed use development of Retail, Office, Hotel and PRS Residential comprising 8 blocks, consisting of 350 apartment units, 5,990sqm office space, 252 bedroom hotel and 9,500sqm of basement over two levels accommodating estimated 395 car parking spaces.
Tracey is a Project Management Administrator with experience as an administrator across a variety of sectors, including the financial operative sector.
Tracey provides administrative support to the Lafferty Directors and to the Project Management Team.

Glen joined Lafferty having previously worked with a leading Irish commercial property development company as a Project Manager. Prior to this, Glen worked for a Project Management consultancy practice and also with a building contractor. He is a member of the Institute of Project Management, The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK).

Gavin is a Project Manager with experience in the Construction Industry working on projects ranging in value for €10m to €500m. Gavin has experience across a broad range of sectors including Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Semi-conductor, Fit-out, Residential, Healthcare and Education.
With a background in Civil and Structural Engineering, Gavin is technically minded with a keen eye for detail. Gavin brings a collaborative approach to project management, building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring that the team stay focused to ensure successful project delivery.

Declan has over 20 years experience working in Ireland and internationally, with an Honours Degree in Construction & Project Management. He was awarded an NZIOB Excellence Award for his work on the Halswell Centre in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Declan is committed to project advancement and completion, building relationships via client satisfaction and continuously demonstrates outstanding planning, preparation and prevention skills.

Jacinta is an Assistant Project Manager, with a strong technical background in Design Coordination and Project Management and experience of all stages of projects from inception through to completion in the Education, Office and Residential Sectors. Jacinta has substantial experience in Strategic Planning Methods, Innovation Engineering, BIM and Off-Site Modular Construction.
Jacinta has recently completed her Master of Science in BIM and Project Management and will be graduating in 2019.

Sarah is an Assistant Project Manager. Having studied in a bi-lingual, intercultural programme and trained in Germany and Switzerland on construction sites, Sarah has great on-site experience and versatility in her approach to team work, cultures and organisations.
Sarah has strong experience in Strategic Portfolio Management, Property Management and Contract Management, from her time as Property Manager in the Retail Sector.
