The founder of Lafferty, Pat has extensive experience in design, project management and construction in Ireland and the UK mostly in retail, commercial, education, healthcare and leisure sectors.
Through decades of focused work in retail design and master planning, Pat’s particular expertise is in understanding the complexities of retail design, specifically how to tailor large mixed-use projects to the needs of the client, tenant and customer, thus ensuring success and sustainability into the future. This was most evident when Pat managed the strategy, construction and fit-out of the multi-award winning Dundrum Town Centre.

Jim is Managing Director of Lafferty Architects.
Jim is chartered Architect with extensive experience in Ireland and the UK, having spent much of the 90s practicing as a design and project architect in London, working on a range of office, healthcare and residential projects.
In addition to his strong sectoral knowledge in commercial, retail, leisure, residential, hotel and healthcare design, Jim’s particular expertise is delivering innovative and efficient solutions that achieve maximum income or capital return on existing assets or new developments. He combines a sound knowledge of Planning and Regulatory issues with a thorough understanding of commercial, stakeholder and end-user requirements.

With Significant master planning experience, Oliver is passionate about considered Urban Regeneration, which is evident in his design approach, a strong Design Team Leader he brings a collaborative and delivery focused discipline to clients projects.

Michael is an Associate Director of Lafferty and a registered Architect with extensive design and construction experience in Ireland. Michael has been with Lafferty since its inception in 1997 and has a track record in shopping centre architecture as well as comprehensive experience in healthcare, residential and mixed-use developments. An expert in commercial office delivery, Michael has completed projects for Siemens, DZ Bank, SEB, Ancestry.com, ESB and the HSE.

Colin has vast experience over a long period in commercial, health, education, retail and leisure sectors. He has specific experience in urban regeneration projects, a number of which have incorporated protected structures. His experience also includes projects procured under EU directives and prestigious fit-out contracts.
Colin has particular strengths in the role of Client Representative, in establishing business goals and objectives and developing strategies for the delivery of construction and related projects. He also can provide skills in the selection of an appropriate project team, establishing the Client brief, interfacing with Landlord and Tenant legal advisors and co-ordination of design and construction activities to project completion.

Rory also brings a particular expertise in overall co-ordination of end-user requirements with the core project to ensure value for money, quality and commercial success for our clients and ultimate end-users.

Shane is an Associate Director of Lafferty Project Managers specialising in retail and mixed use developments and retail fit-out. Shane has extensive experience in his role as he was the lead fit-out Project Manager for the Dundrum Town Centre and The Square Shopping Centre, Tallaght.
Shane is responsible for the daily operation of projects under his supervision including management and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and the project team to ensure successful completion that is within budget and adheres to time constraints.
Shane focuses on best practice execution of large projects and programs. He forms highly professional and collaborative relationships with his clients, and has also created systems and procedures stream lining the programme management retail process.

JP has worked for an extensive client base in both private and public sectors across a wide variety of industry sectors including commercial, mixed use, fit-out, retail, residential, education, telecommunications, data centres, distressed assets and major PPP’s.
JP brings a personable yet effective approach to projects, with a particular expertise in programme management, change management and the management of multi- discipline teams on projects with challenging timelines and multiple stakeholders. JP was the senior project manager on Eircom’s award winning HQ building and The Oval development, and is currently the lead project manager for the redevelopment of the ESB’s Headquarters in Dublin City Centre and the lead project manager for Hibernia Reit in their redevelopment of Cumberland House for a high profile tenant.

Garret has spent the last number of years as a client/developer Project Manager managing projects such as the Lidl Head Office and various other commercial developments in both Ireland and the UK.
Garret has delivered a number of high profile developments within time and budget constraints using his expertise to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.

Louise Casey

Louise has played a significant role from concept, financial and technical feasibility, design and planning to construction and delivery of projects in Dublin and London across a range of sectors including commercial, office fit out, retail, residential, healthcare and mixed use schemes. She has worked on a number of high profile commercial developments including Canary Wharf and More London in the UK and on schemes ranging in value from €10 million to over €70 million. Louise, with an engineering background has worked as a consultant, contractor, developer and client and this experience gives insight and understanding of each perspective. Louise has an organised, structured and collaborative approach to projects.
Louise has recently completed a number of significant project in Dublin for clients including ESB, Fidelity Investments and Marketo.
