Oliver is a Director of Lafferty Architects.
Oliver is an award-winning designer and has completed a significant number of projects across a wide range of building types and scales. Oliver’s work demonstrates a proven ability to understand and interpret complex briefs and to deliver innovative and cost-effective design solutions in the Office, Retail, Leisure, Residential and Commercial Sectors. With Significant master planning experience, Oliver is passionate about considered Urban Regeneration, which is evident in his design approach, a strong Design Team Leader he brings a collaborative and delivery focused discipline to clients projects.

Michael is a Director of Lafferty Architects and a registered Architect with extensive design and construction experience in Ireland. Michael has been with Lafferty since its inception in 1997 and has a track record in shopping centre architecture as well as comprehensive experience in healthcare, residential and mixed-use developments. An expert in commercial office delivery, Michael has completed projects for Siemens, DZ Bank, SEB, Ancestry.com, ESB and the HSE.

Tom is a Director of Lafferty Architects and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Architects (RIAI). He has an extensive body of design experience and has completed a significant number of projects across a wide range of industries, building types and scales including Retail, Residential, Mixed-use, Industrial and Leisure, Industrial, Aviation and Stadia, notably the new Limerick Racecourse and the Curragh Racecourse.
Tom has won numerous RIAI awards and has been shortlisted in numerous design competitions, including Best Contribution Award to Urban Design.

Ronan is currently an Associate Director at Lafferty having gained a varied experience in Architectural practices in Ireland & Australia.
Ronan has a strong technical background and substantial experience of all stages of projects from inception through to completion in the commercial, residential, retail, health & industrial fields. Ronan is also a key member in the ongoing implementation and development of BIM within Lafferty.

Daire is an Associate Director and an Award winning Architect at Lafferty. An innovative and creative design Architect who in 2017 won the prestigious Architectural Association of Ireland Award. Daire has strong development experience in residential, public sector, commercial projects and master-planning with a special interest in sustainability.
Since joining Lafferty, Daire has been applying his talent and experience to many of Lafferty’s large scale Office, Retail, Commercial and Residential projects throughout Dublin.

Ralph is an Associate Director for Lafferty Architects.
Ralph brings to the Practice his award winning and extensive design experience in Masterplanning, project implementation and site operations.
Before Joining Lafferty, Ralph established KameleonLab, an innovative boutique architectural practice known for its design quality, commitment and for an approach based on careful analysis, completing award winning projects throughout Europe and the Middle-East.

Clare is an Associate Director and Registered Architect at Lafferty.
Clare brings to the practice her experience working on a range of commercial developments, including workplace – new build and fit-out, mixed use and master-planning.
In particular Clare has amassed significant expertise in healthcare, having managed the development of some of the State’s strategic infrastructure projects spanning acute hospital facilities through to long-term residential care.
In addition to her keen design and management talents, Clare is a qualified Barrister at Law and was called to the Bar in 2018. She has also qualified in Construction Law and Contract Administration from TCD.

Jack has vast experience in commercial office delivery across a range of scales, completing projects for Facebook, Hammerson, Hasbro, Boulder Media and Prometric.

Suzanne is a Senior Architectural Technician at Lafferty and has worked on various commercial and residential projects with Lafferty and has also been involved with several large scale commercial projects in the Office, Retail and Leisure sectors. Suzanne is an expert interface for tenant marketing and legal requirements, having worked on a number of large town center and shopping Center developments.
Mike has extensive experience in the architecture and construction sector with many years of large project experience in the Middle East and Ireland. Mike consistently delivers projects in the Office, Retail, Fit-Out, commercial and Leisure sectors to completion, and is renowned for his total commitment to the project, ensuring clients objectives are met.
Mike is an integral part of Lafferty’s Building Information Modelling approach and brings experience and technical knowledge to the project team.

Jacqueline is a Senior Architectural Technician at Lafferty with special expertise in Fire Safety Engineering.
Having worked at Lafferty since its inception, Jacqueline has developed a high level of experience in Architectural Surveying, Fire Safety, land registration and legal mapping, for small and large scale projects in the Retail, Fit-out, Office, Healthcare and Industrial sectors.

Oisín has particular expertise in advanced building technology and detail design. Since joining Lafferty Oisín has gained valuable experience in working on projects through detail design stage in office fit-out and retail projects. During his time in Scotland Oisín worked in the project team on the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh, gaining experience in Acute Healthcare and coordinated team involvement.

Gen is currently undertaking his Part III Professional Practice Studies in TU Dublin.

Michael is an Senior Architectural Technologist who has gained experience in a number of architectural practices since graduating in 2005. He has worked across a wide variety of projects, in the healthcare, residential, hospitality and educational sectors, covering all work stages.
Michael’s particular areas of expertise lie in construction technology, statutory requirements, best practice and universal design guidelines. He implements and audits all project documentation to ensure compliance with building regulations, building codes and planning regulations. Michael also brings to Lafferty a deep knowledge and understanding of technical development standards from his work on acute and non-acute projects within the healthcare sector.

Marta is qualified architect in Poland, having graduated with a masters degree in Architecture from the Cracow University of Technology.
Since then she has gained design and construction experience on a range of developments spanning Commercial, Residential, Public and Leisure sectors. Marta has played a key role in several new large-scale projects within the Practice through her progressive work on feasibility studies, identification of project requirements, client needs and engaging with Local Authorities as part of the planning process.

Bernie is a creative and energetic leader who has been involved in business in various sectors in both executive and non-executive director roles.
Bernie is CEO of Pragma Advisory and was previously CEO of Clarigen, SteelTrace and Novum. She is a non-executive director of Crest Solutions Ltd., and is Chairman of the Advisory Board of Shinawil.
Bernie is also a member of the Board of the DCU Educational Trust, Benefacts and is a Trustee of DCU. She holds a BComm, MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Brenda is the Lafferty Accounts Manager.
Brenda has vast experience in accounts, many of which she has spent with Lafferty overseeing all aspects of the Accounts Department. Brenda is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and the preparation of yearly accounts.
Jennifer is an IT Administrator at Lafferty. Jennifer has experience in Financial Services System Support within Windows/Unix infrastructure. Jennifer’s specialities include Systems Administration, Query Resolution and Disaster Recovery.
Stefanie is the front of house receptionist for Lafferty and is the first point of contact with our clients.
Stefanie is in charge of meeting and greeting clients, arranging refreshments, and co-ordinating all front-desk activities for the staff. She also offers administrative support across the organisation to the Lafferty Directors, Project Management Team and Architects Team.
Justyna is a Senior Administrator with administration experience in the Construction Industry.
Justyna provides extensive support to the Lafferty Directors and to both the Project Management and Architecture Teams. This includes the organisation of external consultant fee schedules and cash flows for payment, and the preparation and tracking of project documentation.

Colin is a Director of Lafferty with design, project management and construction experience. He has worked on major projects in Europe, the UK and Ireland during his professional career.
Colin has vast experience over a long period in commercial, health, education, retail and leisure sectors. His experience also includes projects procured under EU directives and prestigious fit-out contracts.
Colin has particular strengths in the role of Client Representative, in establishing business goals and objectives and developing strategies for the delivery of construction and related projects. He has successfully procured and managed numerous design teams and delivered a number of high profile projects through to completion.
Garret has delivered projects such as Grant Thornton, IDA HQ, Stillorgan Village, The Shelbourne Hotel, Lidl Head Office and the Dylan Hotel. Garret has proven problem solving skills with the unique experience of delivering large scale projects from main contractor, QS and client PM perspectives.

Richard has particular skills in building services, utilities and telecoms, and together with a wide ranging project management experience, can add value to a project at all stages.
David is a Project Manager with a strong technical background in design coordination, project planning and delivery across multiple regions and sectors.
Having previously worked on international projects in both Sydney and London, David has played a lead role in the management of large scale commercial fit-out, hotel developments and remediation works.

Max is an experienced Surveyor with a background in valuations and commercial agency. Previous experience included working for a large multi-national real estate firm where he specialised in providing strategic investment and advisory advice to institutions, private investors, property companies and syndicates in respect of all aspects of commercial property investment.
In his previous role Max managed a property and development land portfolio for one of Ireland’s largest Property Developers with assets in Ireland, UK and USA. Max holds a BA in Economics (UCD), a MSc Real Estate (DIT) and a Diploma in Project Management (TCD).

Karl Coughlan is an Associate Director of Lafferty Project Managers and is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with twenty years’ experience in New Zealand, Ireland and Australia.

Some of his recent projects are residential & retail orientated however previously have been seconded into commercial client organisations to manage projects within the housing, aviation, manufacturing and health sectors.
Karl has a proven ability to successfully deliver challenging projects within live operating environments and on fast track construction projects.
Orla is a Project Manager with experience working across Construction and Land Development sectors.
Having most recently worked in Australia, Orla has successfully delivered projects with specific experience in corporate fit outs, retail fit outs and educational facilities. Orla has managed projects from conception, planning and designing to constructing of built assets.

Shane is an Associate Director of Lafferty Project Managers specialising in retail and mixed use developments and retail fit-out. Shane has extensive experience in his role as he was the lead fit-out Project Manager for the Dundrum Town Centre and The Square Shopping Centre, Tallaght.
Shane is responsible for the daily operation of projects under his supervision including management and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and the project team to ensure successful completion that is within budget and adheres to time constraints.
Shane focuses on best practice execution of large projects and programs. He forms highly professional and collaborative relationships with his clients, and has also created systems and procedures stream lining the programme management retail process.
Freddie is a Project Manager with experience working in both the UK and Ireland.
Having worked across multiple sectors, Freddie has extensive experience taking projects from conception through to completion. Working closely with the Client and Design Team to achieve optimal solutions.

Louise is a Associate Director at Lafferty with over 20 years’ experience at strategic and operational levels in the property, construction and health sectors.
Louise has played a significant role from concept, financial and technical feasibility, design and planning to construction and delivery of projects in Dublin and London across a range of sectors including commercial, office fit out, retail, residential, healthcare and mixed use schemes. She has worked on a number of high profile commercial developments including Canary Wharf and More London in the UK and on schemes ranging in value from €10 million to over €70 million. Louise, with an engineering background has worked as a consultant, contractor, developer and client and this experience gives insight and understanding of each perspective. Louise has an organised, structured and collaborative approach to projects.
Louise has recently completed a number of significant project in Dublin for clients including ESB, Fidelity Investments and Marketo.

Tom is a Senior Project Manager with construction and property management experience. Most recently, he spent eight years in client side project management, managing projects for a diverse portfolio including Educational, Healthcare and Residential properties.

Prior to this, Glen worked for a Project Management consultancy practice and also with a building contractor. He is a member of the Institute of Project Management, The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK).

Declan has over 20 years experience working in Ireland and internationally, with an Honours Degree in Construction & Project Management. He was awarded an NZIOB Excellence Award for his work on the Halswell Centre in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Declan is committed to project advancement and completion, building relationships via client satisfaction and continuously demonstrates outstanding planning, preparation and prevention skills.
A qualified interior designer, Paula has most recently worked internationally for fortune 500 corporation, PVH, as a project manager, expanding the store portfolio for the brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
Previous experience working on large scale retail developments, acting on behalf of the developer, including Dundrum Town Centre and Bridgewater Centre in Arklow, Paula has gained a strong specialty in retail project delivery.
