The project was a complex city centre fit-out overlapping with the shell & core new build works, while coordinating with the landlord requirements.

The construction period was fast-tracked into an eight month programme involving complex design and construction management with significant stakeholder management, cost control, legal and AFL controls, detailed design coordination and on-site coordination of the Main Contractor. Construction access was limited in a live city centre environment and security and health and safety were paramount requirements for construction and design.
