To provide for a 40,000 ft² primary care center incorporating a GP practice, Pharmacy and local offices.

This unique design for Loughlinstown Primary Care Centre responds to its local condition as the building form represents the meeting point of two routes converging and is defined by a focal point at both its center and main entrance.

The building’s edge is aligned to respond to the shape of the site and utilises the existing topography to allow for strategic circulation and access.

The higher building profile enhances the public experience of the Centre, facilitating views to the coast as the building contributes positively to the local identity, acting as a point of orientation.
