Mixed-use scheme that has been designed to complement and enhance the existing mix of uses in the Stillorgan district centre.

The SLX scheme consists of 5 no. blocks containing residential, two retail units and cafés/restaurant units, along with a tenant amenity space. It will also include the provision of communal and private open space including courtyard areas, terraces and balconies and roof terraces and the provision of tenant amenity space including resident lounge area, communal kitchen and dining, co-working space, cinema, gym and concierge service.

The basement and superstructure will be constructed in in-situ reinforced concrete, with the frame bearing onto the rock substrate. The building façade will be a combination of brickwork, stone, render and metal cladding.
